The Nightly Routine
To achieve maximum comfort with a reusable lens, proper hygiene is essential. Lenses must be gently rubbed and rinsed with a multi-purpose solution (like BioTrue) or placed in a hydrogen peroxide cleaning system (like Clear Care) every night to remove proteins and lipids.
Never sleep in your contact lenses unless explicitly directed by Dr. Fouladian.
